The nomination process for the Office of Councillor has closed as of the 4PM deadline on November 7, 2022.
At this time, the Village of Valemount is in communication with the provincial ministry responsible for the appointment process and has requested that individuals in the immediate area be considered as eligible for appointment. If this request is not supported, the criteria for residency in the municipal boundary will remain and those residing outside of the municipal boundary will not be eligible for consideration.
