As per Section 98 of the Community Charter, the village must prepare an Annual Report and present it at a public meeting of Council each year prior to June 30th.
At the public meeting, Council must present the report and accept submissions and questions from the public. The public is requested to submit their questions or comments on the report in writing, addressed to Council, no later than June 22, 2023 @ 12:00 PM. Questions/Comments can be submitted through:

All comments and question must be accompanied by the submitters’ name(s), area of residence, and a means to reply if a response is requested.
The Annual Report will be made available for public inspection on June 8th, 2023 on the Village website, at the Village Office, and in the Visitor Information Centre.
The public meeting will be held on June 27, 2023 during the Regular Meeting of Council at 7:00 PM in the Valemount Council Chambers.
