- Zoning Amendment Bylaw 913, 2025, proposes to add Short Term Vacation Rental – Major use on Parcel E (Being a Consolidation of Lots 50 And 51, (See CB2114269) District Lot 7355 Cariboo District Plan 26762 (1015 14th Avenue).

- Zoning Amendment Bylaw 914, 2025, proposes to add Campground use on Lot 1 District Lot 7356 Cariboo District Plan 25545 Except Plan 30454 (1340 Main Street).

- Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw 915, 2025, proposes updates to housing regulations to align with the 2024 interim Housing Needs Assessment. This amendment is applicable to the entire Village of Valemount.

At the Public Hearing, anyone who deems their interest in land to be affected by the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaws No. 913, 2025 and 914, 2025, or Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw 915, 2025, shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Comments may be made in person at the Public Hearing. Written submissions can be made by email to publichearing@valemount.ca, or via letter to the Village of Valemount. Written submissions will be accepted until 12:00 pm on November 25, 2025.
All correspondence and materials submitted in response to this Notice will form part of a public record. All written submissions and verbal presentations must state your name and area of residence. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted. The author’s phone number and email are not relevant and should not be included in the correspondence if the author does not wish this personal information to be disclosed.
