The Village of Valemount Council will be considering application for Development Permit with a variance for the following premises:
- Development Permit 26-02 legally described as Lot 2 District Lot 7356 Cariboo District Plan 9569 (1290 Main Street). The application proposes to vary Village of Valemount Zoning Bylaw No. 847, 2021:

- Section 5.10.9 (a): maximum height of a principal building from 10.5 m (34.45 ft) to 11.41 m (37.43 ft).
