Emergency Kits
Getting or making an emergency kit is an important step in ensuring that you are ready in the event of a disaster or emergency. Your kit should have enough supplies to meet the needs of your entire household for at least 3 days. In the event of an emergency, you may only have minutes to get what you need before you have to evacuate, or, are required to shelter-in-place.
Building a kit doesn’t need to be expensive and it’s worth the effort. Planning ahead will save you time, money and unnecessary stress and anxiety – one less thing to worry about during an emergency situation!
